From choosing a Ganje locker to collecting your parcel in just a few steps.
No app installation or courier arrangement is needed. Your phone and order details are enough to collect the parcel from its designated compartment.

When shopping with a partner store, choose Ganje collection and find the locker nearest your home, workplace or daily route on the map.

Receive the arrival text message
The courier places your order in a compartment. As soon as the parcel is registered and the door closes, a text message is sent to your mobile number.

Visit your Ganje locker
Go to your chosen point when you are ready. There is no need to wait for the courier or arrange your arrival time with anyone.

Scan the code and verify your identity
Scan the QR code on the locker with your phone or visit app.ganje.net. Enter your mobile number, verification code and order details.

The door opens; collect your parcel
Once your details are confirmed, the compartment for your order opens automatically. Take the parcel and close the door to finish.
